I am the sweet Rose. Do you ever take the time to stop and smell the roses? It’s important to step back, take a breath and enjoy a pleasurable moment. All work and no play makes Jack unhappy.

Even a single Rose can be enough to help reset with renewed satisfaction. As a busy individual, you are due a break from the pressure on your own terms.Take time out to pause your life for an hour or more with a Rose , no thorns in sight.

All this attention bestowed unto you will be wrapped up in a private and discreet environment. So take the leap!Pause, reflect, and live out what you can’t have in real life. 
Who says restorative healthcare in Cape Town can’t become a regular part of your routine? You only have to decide how much rest and recreation you want.

I believe you deserve an abundance - and it’s all here for you, whenever you need me. I am very fit and healthy. I compete in Bikini Stage competitions. If I am not busy honing my therapy practice, you will  find me in the gym or outside on the pull-up bar on the Sea Point Promenade! 
 

As my name indicates, I truly love nature and flowers. Whenever possible, I take the time to visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in Cape Town. It is the true Eden of Africa. I like to think of this place as my meditation sanctuary. I love nothing more than to sit amongst the flowers and contemplate life. In my own garden, Roses are abundant. I also love Azaleas, Carnations, Orchids and Daisy’s!

I am so excited to meet you and add some sweetness to your day.
